Procedure on Organization of Meetings with Citizens in ANRA
1. This procedure settles down the relations related to the organization of meetings with citizens in the ANRA. The meetings with citizens are organized with the ANRA Chairman, the First Deputy Chairman, the Deputy Chairman, the Secretary General and the heads of structural subdivisions. 2. The meetings with citizens are organized with the ANRA Chairman, the First Deputy Chairman, the Deputy Chairman, the Secretary General and the heads of structural subdivisions.
3. The meetings at ANRA are organized with:
1)The Chairman, on the first Friday of each month, from 14:00 to 16:00
2) The First Deputy Chairman, on the first and the last Friday of each month, from 15:00 to 17:00
3) The Deputy Chairman, on the first and the last Tuesday of each month, from 15:00 to 17:00
4) The Secretary General on every Wednesday, from 10:00 to 12:00 pm
5) The heads of structural divisions on every Tuesday and Thursday, from 15:00 to 17:00.
4. Pre-registration for the meetings with citizens is made by the ANRA nuclear information and international cooperation section (hereinafter referred to as the section) indicating the following information in the register: the date of reception, the citizen name, last name, address, phone number, the summary of the subject matter, name of official the meeting is organized with, notes relative to the meeting.
5. A citizens should present his ID for the registration and briefly present the purpose of meeting.
6. Pre-registration of citizens for the meeting with the ANRA Chairman is terminated 5 working days before each meeting. The applications of the citizens, registered after the mentioned deadline, are included into the list of meetings for the next month.
7. In relation to the meetings of citizens with the Chairman, the section:
1) Submits the list of citizens requesting a meeting with the ANRA Chairman 2 days before the meeting.
2) An information note is prepared for each citizen, which is immediately submitted to the heads of subdivisions to make relevant proposals on the facts and issues, mentioned in the note. The information notes are submitted to the Chairman on the day of the meeting.
8. The representative of the section, the Deputy Chairmen, the Chairman’s Adviser, the Secretary General, the head of the relevant structural subdivision can take part in the meetings of citizens with the Chairman, if appropriate.
9. The section keeps records on the information notes.
10. The section submits the information notes to the Secretary General with indication of data related to participants, raised issues and proposed solutions after the reception of citizens at the Chairman.
11. Each official (head of section), submits information note about meetings he/she had with citizens to the Chairman and the Secretary General, with indication of data related to participants, raised issues and proposed solutions after the reception of citizens at the Chairman.
