The national workshop on regulatory review of documents demonstrating the long-term safety of NPP design life time extension was organized in frame of IAEA Technical Cooperation project ARM9029 “Strengthening the National Regulatory Framework for Nuclear and Radiation Safety for Licensing Long Term Operation of the Nuclear Power Plant Unit 2”. The workshop took place at ANRA from 21 to 25 January 2019. During the workshop Mr Aleksii Shugailo from the State Scientific and Technical Center for Nuclear and Radiation Safety (SSTC NRS) presented the Ukraine experience on the subject matter. The workshop was attended by the personnel of ANPP, ANRA and NRSC involved in ANPP lifetime extension related issues.
